At the outset of a project, we take the time to understand your unique needs and objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of your vision. We work closely with you to define the project brief, identifying key drivers, milestones, and budget. This helps us establish a preliminary scope and deliverables (furniture, fixtures and fittings), and timeline, setting the foundation for a successful and aligned project execution.

In this phase, we present you with initial designs, including preliminary drawings, furniture and finish concepts, as well as material and colour selections. We focus on shaping the overall aesthetic and atmosphere in alignment with your project brief, while solidifying the budget and schedule.

During this phase, we focus on refining the project concepts, where we carefully select specific materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings. We collaborate with a trusted network of skilled artisans, craftspeople, and makers to ensure every detail is thoughtfully chosen to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

This phase covers everything from procurement to installation and the final handover to you. Our team oversees and coordinates the entire process, ensuring it all goes smoothly. We manage the delivery and installation of things like your custom cabinetry, paint and specialist finishes, furnishings, fixtures and window treatments. We often incorporate your existing collection of art and objects to create a space that feels cohesive and truly personal to you.

To ensure the design is of the highest standard and you're completely satisfied, we often like to check in with you after you've had a chance to use the space. This allows us to fine-tune things and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it meets all your needs.
